We will try to send your parcel the same day* after receipt of your payment or the day* afterwards, you will receive an e-mail with the track and trace code.

Certain small products are sent by envelope with Bpost, you will receive an e-mail but no track and trace code.

The average shipping time for the Netherlands and Belgium is 2 to 3 working days after receipt of your payment, but this depends on the carrier.

In principle, all items that you order from us are in stock.

The maximum shipping time for the other countries is 14 working days after receipt of your payment, this of course also depends on the carrier and customs.

Parfas does its utmost to deliver the ordered Products in excellent condition.

The Buyer is obliged to carefully inspect the Products immediately after delivery.

Complaints from the Buyer, which relate to defects in the product or the delivery, which are visible at the latest, must be notified to Parfas in writing by the Buyer within seven (7) working days after delivery.

The Buyer is obliged to keep the relevant Product in the current condition in the meantime.

If Parfas determines that there is indeed a visible defect, the Buyer always has the right to replace the defective Product or to repair it free of charge.

The Buyer is not entitled to the above replacement or repair if he has not informed Parfas in writing of the defect within seven (7) working days.
