Eight and Bob
Albert Fouquet from Paris is the creator of Eight&Bob, his passion was to develop exceptional perfumes for his own use. His name soon became known to French society and they wanted a bottle of it
Fouquet's have exclusive perfumes. Eight&Bob was created in 1937 on the French Riviera, Albert Fouquet met a young American student at a soirée, who was spending his summer holiday in Europe. This student was John F. Kennedy, who a few years later went on to become President of the United States of America. JFK was sold on the scent that Albert Fouquet wore, so the next morning Albert sent him a bottle of his perfume as a gift with a note: "In this bottle you will find a dose of the French glamor which your American sympathy lacks". The fragrance was named Eight&Bob after JFK had been back in America for a few weeks and sent a letter to Albert asking him for "8 samples and one more for Bob". The scent is hidden in a book so that the Nazis would not intercept the scents from France to America during the Second World War.
Goldfield & Banks
This is the first Australian perfume house, with the main ingredients always coming from Australia.
The perfumer is French from Grasse but lives in Melbourne. Delicious and unique scents!
