If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Always inform us of this via info@parfas.be
This is only possible if the product and packaging are in their original, complete, foil-wrapped, undamaged and unused condition.
All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates, samples and packaging materials must be included with the return shipment.
The Buyer must always request a return document via info@parfas.be.
The product must then be returned to Parfas in the condition in which the Buyer received the product, stating his bank account number. The costs associated with the return are for the account of the Buyer.

Or you must deliver the Product yourself to this address.
Parfas will ensure that the amount paid by the buyer to Parfas is refunded within ten (10) days by means of a bank transfer to the account number that Parfas has been designated by the Buyer for this purpose.
However, Parfas is never liable for any damage - including but not limited to theft or loss - that occurs to the packaging or the product during return.
The Buyer may not exercise a right of withdrawal for agreements concerning the delivery of products that have been manufactured according to the Buyer's specifications or that have a clearly personal character or that by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to spoil or age quickly.
If the product is not received in accordance with the terms of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price will not be refunded. The product remains the property of the Buyer, who is obliged to collect its property within two weeks at the aforementioned address. At the request of the Buyer, the product can also be delivered. In that case, the costs for delivery will be borne by the Buyer.
