Use Paoma GUA SHA BODY once or twice a week in combination with Paoma Sublimating Body Oil for best results:

1. Apply the oil to the skin of your legs and let it soak in for a short while.

2. Starting at the ankles, move the Gua Sha with upward strokes towards the knees .

3. Move up to the thighs , massaging in straight lines from the knee up to the top of the leg.

4. Repeat each movement 3 to 5 times , gradually working around each leg.

5. For added effect :

   • Place the Gua Sha in the refrigerator for a cooling, firming effect.

   • Warm the Gua Sha under lukewarm water for relaxation and muscle relief.
