Odyssey collection Amouage
Amouage presents its third chapter of the “Odyssey Collection”, 4 new perfumes that showcase Oman's greatest treasure, Royal Frankincense, in all its complexity.
Amouage's Odyssey collection consists of four eau de parfums: Lineage, Search, Guidance and Purpose
Each creation contains "Royal Frankincense" and adds a wide palette of rare ingredients.
To bring this new chapter to life, Amouage has teamed up with perfumers chosen for their creativity and sense of poetry: Karine Vinchon-Spehner (Lineage) - who has already worked with the House on fragrances such as Interlude Woman, Memoir Man, Overture Man and Boundless - as well as Quentin Bisch (Guidance and Purpose) and Alexis Grugeon (Search).
Lineage
FRAGRANCE FAMILY: Spicy Mineral
Lineage has a mineral taste of Sichuan pepper, ginger and a touch of sea water. The myrrh and frankincense remind you of summer.

What we think of Lineage Amouage perfumery Parfas: you imagine yourself on holiday somewhere right by the sea. Fresh and spicy eau de parfum.

SCENT FAMILY: Woody citrus fruits
Search opens with a flash of Lemon, wild and vibrant with sharp lime notes. Then comes the sweetness of the tangerine. This in combination with dark wood and a touch of incense.

Guidance
FRAGRANCE FAMILY: Floral Amber
Guidance contains fragile pear, almond milk and frankincense pearls what a wonderful oasis. Very soft eau de parfum due to the osmanthus flowers that spread their intoxicating apricot scent.
What we think of Parfas perfumery from Guidance Amouage: floral amber eau de parfum. The pears and the hazelnut are very evident in the beginning.
Top Notes: Pear, Incense, Hazelnut.
Heart Notes: Saffron, Rose, Sambac Jasmine, Osmanthus.
Base Notes: Cistus, Sandalwood, Akigalawood, Ambergris, Vanilla.

Purpose
FRAGRANCE FAMILY: Spicy Woody
Purpose hits you first with bergamot, then the pink pepper comes with a tingle of chilli berry and incense. Only later do you discover tobacco accents, papyrus and sandalwood.
At the end, saffron and suede complete this perfume.
