If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. Please always let us know via firstname.lastname@example.org
This is only possible if the product and the packaging are in original, complete, with foil, undamaged and unused condition.
All accompanying documentation, warranty certificates, samples and packaging materials must be enclosed with the return shipment.
The Buyer must always request a return document via email@example.com.
The product must then be returned to Parfas in the condition in which the Buyer has received the product, stating his bank account number. The costs that the return entails are at the expense of the Buyer.

Parfas shall within ten (10) days ensure repayment of the buyer's payment to Parfas by means of a bank transfer to the account number that Parfas has received from the Buyer for this purpose.
Parfas is never liable for any damage - theft or loss, including but not limited to - that arises on return to the packaging or the product.
The Buyer can not exercise the right of renunciation for agreements concerning the delivery of products that are manufactured according to the specifications of the Buyer or that have a clear personal character or that can not be returned due to their nature or that can quickly deteriorate or age.
If the product has not been received in accordance with the conditions of the right of withdrawal, the purchase price will not be refunded. The product remains the property of the Buyer, which is obliged to collect its ownership within two weeks at the aforementioned address. At the request of the Buyer, the product can also be delivered. In that case, the costs for delivery will be paid by the Buyer.
