Instructions:
Gently turn the end of the stylus and the emulsion flows into the brush. Then brush the brush gently over the cuticles so that the emulsion is evenly distributed. It is absorbed through the skin within a few minutes. With daily use, healthy, supple cuticles are assured within a few weeks.
